General Information

◆ These terms and conditions are subject to change, without warning. I will generally post on social media when they are updated. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.◆ I retain the rights to every image I produce.◆ My commissions are for Personal Use only unless otherwise discussed. If you do wish to use my artwork for commercial use, please let me know in advance! That way we can work out a plan or idea.◆ My clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions as NFT. Doing so is in violation of these terms.◆ All completed commissions are non-refundable. I determine what make a commission considered completed.◆ I have the right to decline any commission without question.◆ Finished commissions may be used as examples or listed in my portfolio unless otherwise specified. If you do not want your commission used as an example, please notify me in advance.◆ Finished commissions may be posted to other websites by the commissioner, but proper credit is required (linking to my social media, tagging me, ect).◆ If you provide a typed description of your character, I cannot guarantee that the outcome will 100% match what you have in mind. If you are able to provide reference links, please feel free to do so.

Payment

◆ Payment will be accepted in USD. Each of the prices factor in the average time spent per piece, reference gathering, and overall time spent learning to draw throughout the years.I accept payment via the followng methods:- Arty

- Gumroad◆ I do not accept crypto currency as payment.◆ By agreeing to commission me you are agreeing to pay in full within 24 hours of having your slot accepted. Paying in full is ideal. I will NOT begin the sketching process of a commission until some form of payment has been sent.◆ Full refunds will be returned if the commission has not been started. Partial refunds will only cover the parts of the commission I haven't started.◆ Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate above the list price based on complexity.

Turnaround & Distribution

[ * ] Turnaround time varies depending on commission type and character complexity. The average for full illustrations is around 1 - 2 months as a safe estimate. Initial sketches are provided same day as payment or within a week of.◆ For all commission types you will receive a sketch for initial approval. If you must request changes I ask you to do it at this phase.◆ For all commission types you will receive a low-res screenshot for final approval. Changes requested at this point must be minor. (EX: I forgot a character’s earrings or got their eye color wrong. In these cases where there are small things I have missed, I do not mind changing them with no additional charge.)◆ Excluding full-style type commissions, I generally will not send further work-in-progress shots unless requested. Full-style type commissions will get an additional WIP screenshot at the flat colors phase.◆ Finished commissions will be sent in their full resolution via Arty, Discord, or a temporary Google Drive link unless otherwise specified.By purchasing a commission you agree to my terms of service and that you are over the age of eighteen (18).
